We (Me, Susan and her Mom) were on our way from Massachusetts to Connecticut
on Saturday for my daughter's Bridal Shower. I was driving.
And I kept looking out the window at the sky and thinking OMG.
I so wanted to stop the car on the side of the highway
and get out and start taking pictures!
Later, my brother and I went to an AMAZING photo exhibition
at Saint Joseph College in West Hartford (where he is a professor),
"Persian Visions, Contemporary Photography in Iran,"
(TRULY AMAZING/INSPIRING)
and I said before we entered the gallery,
"Dennis, stop, I got to take photographs of the sky."
It was quite wonderful.

ReplyDeleteFirst, congratulations to your daughter! My father is also a photographer (did I ever tell you that?) I was lucky enough to have him take photos at my wedding (when he wasn't walking me down the aisle).
