Sunday Meditation

 

 

I am letting all thoughts and beliefs that do not contribute

to the well-being of myself and my loved ones drift away.

With a fresh start, I embrace all that enriches me in mind, body and spirit.

  I see myself and all others in the light of divine love.

This love blesses my relationships and activities.

With divine love guiding and inspiring me,

I am on my way to a new life that is waiting for me.
