The Heart & The Bunny

Inspired by The Runaway Bunny I went outside yesterday late in the afternoon. The sun was setting and the puffy clouds were afire. It was cold.

I was looking for a heart. I found one:

I stood and I stared. Transfixed I was by the colors of the clouds and the changing patterns of the clouds. And then, suddenly, a bunny seemed to simply appear from the chaos in the clouds and she flew through the sky and I gave thanks:

for going out, I found, was really going in.”
